WHERE DO I START?
The Bible says that we have to die to self, we have to get rooted in faith, we have to get rooted in Christ, we have to get rooted in knowing who we are, we have to get rooted in righteousness. If you are insecure in yourself, you don't know who you are, you don't have any confidence and you are always the tail end of everything. Then you need to dig into the word and study it out. You have to read and pray and stand up and be the person that God wants me to be. This book will set you on the path of finding out who you are in Christ. A must read for anyone searching to know who they are!

A POWERFUL MESSAGE
God used something as simple as her bathroom mirror to free her from her past mistakes. She was obedient to write it down...and now God is being faithful to put it in the hands of people she'll never meet! Daphne says in her book "We look into mirrors at our reflection all the time, but we only see our exterior. Yet how we view ourselves will have the greatest impact on our life". My own life is full of past mistakes. And my children's lives are full of past mistakes. As I read her book, I began to understand righteousness more than ever before. And to truly see myself the way that God sees me. Now I want nothing more than for my children to understand it and experience the same freedom! God told Daphne that He would put it in the hands of people she would never meet...I want to put it in the hands of everyone I know and love! Thank you Daphne...for writing it down!

RELEVANT TO EVERYONE
When I think of why salvation is so much more than where we go when we die I think of exactly what Daphne has laid out so well in Facing the Mirror. It is a guide to both men and women to help us more fully enjoy the blessing of a fuller Relationship with Our Lord. Using the personal trials and achievements of her years as a wife, mother and pastor, she communicates that path that can lead to so much more. Take this walk with her.

inmate letters:

I am grateful for your book and can see that I need to let go of shame and guilt. Your testimony is undoubtedly being used by God to help many of us who have struggled with bringing our self image into alignment with how God sees us. Thank you.

Your book has taken my mind and spirit to another level. Because of your book, I now understand God's love, purpose, and grace. I also understand my place in His kingdom. I am filled with so much joy, love, and determination to serve my God!

Facing the Mirror has taught me a lot about how God sees me... that even though I fall short in my walk, I can still seek His forgiveness because God is the same. It has also taught me to let go of my past and to seek His righteousness and continue to grow in my relationship with God.

I want to thank you for writing these books and giving people like me an opportunity to read them. Facing the Mirror truly made me look deeper into myself and into my relationship with God.

Thank you Daphne. Your knowledge of the Spirit made me look in the mirror. I grew confident that there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus!

After I read Facing the Mirror, I actually looked at myself in the mirror and saw a new reflection-- my inner person. This study has me aware of the devil's schemes and showed me how to lean on Jesus to help me through doubts, guilt, and condemnation. I'm grateful to know God has forgiven me for my past sins and that I have a new beginning.
