DAPHNE DELAY + MIRROR MINISTRIES

November 2026

Dear partners and friends,

When I say the Lord is faithful, I mean it. My yes to the Lord was never conditional (You do this, I’ll do that). It was always just one foot in front of the other as He led and pointed the way. And there were definitely times when He asked me to take a step of faith where I felt like I was standing on the edge of a cliff. But by faith, I took the step, and His faithfulness put a plank under my feet (every time).

My husband and I recently stepped into a new season. We moved to Seminole, Texas, in 1999 to take over a new startup church and after 28 years, the Lord impressed on our hearts to transition to Founding Pastors and put our son and daughter in law in as the Lead Pastors. Everyone’s question now is, what are you going to do?

Well, for starters, we’re not retiring! For my husband, his heart is passionate to help other pastors. God is opening doors here and abroad and I’ll be traveling and ministering with him on many of those assignments. But Mirror Ministries has always had a front passenger seat in my life– but now the option to DO MORE isn’t a dream or a hope, but a real opportunity.

So in the months ahead, it will be fun to report what all God is doing in and through this ministry. For now, I’ll just ask for your prayers and partnership. I have much stirring in my heart.

More on that next time ◡̈

What’s happening at Mirror Ministries

September 27, 2026 marked a special day in our lives and ministry. After almost three decades, we officially transitioned to Founding Pastors of Transformation Church and set our son and daughter in law as the Lead Pastors.

September also marked the birth of our 7th grandbaby! Eli Finneas Premenko is a precious addition to our family ◡̈

We so enjoyed our time at the annual Texas RMAI Regional Retreat in Kenedy, Texas, with other directors, pastors, and graduates of Rhema. So grateful for faith friends!

Inmate Book Requests continue to come in every week. As I prepared this stack, and prayed over each one, I was reminded again how grateful I am for the message of righteousness. And the help of partners to send these free of charge to every one who writes in. Only heaven knows the real impact.

The staff planted this beautiful tree in front of the church with a legacy bench marking the many years of service at Transformation Church in Seminole, Texas. It’s so beautiful and will be fun to watch it grow!

In Tegucigalpa, Honduras, ministering with my friend and translator Melissa Cardwell. God is doing big things in this nation and region. It’s an honor to be a part.

In addition to traveling to Honduras in October, I also taught the In Christ Realities class for 4 weeks via zoom to over 160 students in six nations with XploreNations Latin America. Directors Rich & Melissa Cardwell are doing a phenomenal job reaching and equipping their nation!

Our time in Lubbock, Texas, at Tod’s parent’s annual Word & Spirit Conference was incredible. There were many testimonies and it was sweet time of restoration and growth.

INMATE TESTIMONIES

Thanks to partners, Mirror Ministries has been able to send free books & workbooks to inmates since 2018!

I received and finished the last of the 3 book series. I was hoping to be able to receive “The Wall” 365 day devotional. I also wanted you to know how grateful I am that you have sent/shared this series with me. I have begun to love myself and walk closer to God. I can never thank you enough. Here’s some names of other women if you can start them on the series too!

Brittany

Hi, I hope this letter finds you well. Learning how to see myself as God sees me has truly taught me how to live with the freedom God intended for me to have. I have held onto so many things for so long that I didn’t know how to find myself despite what I have been through! Thank you so much for help me through this journey.

Zachary

I am a newly born again Christian. I have been struggling with my past shame. Can you please send me some of your books, like Facing the Mirror and Facing the Wall? I don’t have any money. Can you please help me?

Andrew

Your second book and workbook was amazing, definitely helped me see a new side of the way I see the world. Lately the enemy has been trying harder and harder to corrupt my mind, especially with these trying times I am going through and I really appreciate your books. They have been the highlight of my time I have been incarcerated, and am looking forward to your devotional to make every day that much better.

We crossed 150k!

This is the number of opens our books on inmate tablets has had thus far! The most opens is on Facing the Wall, which tells us inmates are using it, as designed, as a daily devotional! And that’s very exciting! The monthly cost to keep these books available is $650/month. This doesn’t include the inmate book requests for hard copy books, postage, and certificates. If you’d like to help, click the link below!

Together, we can cast our net into many ponds, using every avenue possible to help others receive the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ.
